This policy explains what information Herbify collects through herbify.io, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to this website only, not to communications through WhatsApp, email or other channels outside the site, which are subject to those platforms' own terms.

When you submit a trade inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, email address, company name, commodity of interest, target volume, destination market, and any message you include. We do not collect this information through any other means on the site.
How We Use It
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a trade relationship develops, to manage that relationship. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Processing
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that routes submissions to our email inbox. FormSubmit handles the technical delivery of your message; we do not control their infrastructure and encourage you to review their own privacy practices if you'd like more detail on that step specifically.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts.
Data Retention
We retain trade inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted to us by emailing trade@herbify.io. We'll respond to reasonable requests without undue delay.
